{Green Careers} September 2013 meeting – Speed Dating for Your Resume #1

Here’s the plan. The GHNYC Green Careers group will be holding a resume workshop based on the concept of speed dating.  At the meeting, we’ll have tables with resume critics set up at each. We’ll break into small groups with a critic leading the table in the review of each person’s resume. After a set amount of time, you’ll get up and move to another table with a new critic.   The goal is to have your resume evaluated  by different people and for you to walk away with constructive feedback on how to make your resume better.   Everyone who attends the meeting will need to: 1)      be prompt! We’ll begin at 6:30. 2)      have hard copies of your resume for review. 3)      be prepared to discuss your resume and contribute to the evaluation of others’. 4)      be a volunteer with GHNYC/member of NESEA.   Date:  Tuesday, September 10, 2013 Time:  6:30pm – 8:00pm with networking afterwards Place: The Community Preservation Corporation, 28 E. 28th Street, 9th floor, NY, NY 10016   RSVP HERE.
