Passive House 101, through local Park Slope projects.

Learn about the Passive House building standard, a REVOLUTIONARY low energy building system, from Jeremy Shannon a NYC based Architect and Builder. He will introduce the concepts and then present case studies regarding 4 Town-House PH renovations designed and managed by his firm Prospect Architecture.

This presentation is geared towards those new to the ideas of the Passive House Building Standard. For an introduction to the local Passive House projects, see Jeremy’s recent article in Fine Home Building Magazine on the lessons learned with Prospect Architecture’s Passive House renovations here.
