Multifamily Building Analyst Training & BPI Exam
GreenHomeNYC started offering evening Multifamily Building Analyst Training and administering the BPI MFBA exam in 2011, under the leadership of Andy Padian, a highly-respected trainer as well as a GreenHomeNYC board member.
The current session is the FALL 2011 course. The registration is open until Tuesday, October 5. Classes begin Thurs. Oct 6.
About our lead instructor:
F.L. Andrew Padian has 30 years of experience in the unique building science of multifamily buildings, with an emphasis on the affordable housing sector. He has performed detailed energy analysis on thousands of buildings across the country, providing recommendations for energy and water efficiency, comfort, durability, and health & safety for both new and existing buildings
