Join us at our Open House to see HANAC’s completed Corona Gardens passive house, now a fully-occupied, 68-unit affordable senior housing development including a ground-floor pre-kindergarten program, in Corona, Queens in New York City.   Members of AEA’s New Construction Team who served as Passive House and sustainability consultants to the project will be on-site to respond to questions and will lead building tours beginning on the hour at 11 AM.   Refreshments will be served.
