Webinar: Benchmarking for Multifamily Owners and Managers: What, Why? How?

February 5, 2014 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm Ever wondered about any of the following questions last year: Which of my properties is using the least energy and costing me the least? Which of my properties is an energy hog? How can I track the energy use of my properties, and compare my properties to others in my portfolio and in my market?   If so, please help jumpstart 2014 by joining LISC Housing and Wegowise for a presentation that will review the basics of tracking and benchmarking utility data.   We’ll talk about how owners and property managers are using information gleaned by benchmarking to weave energy considerations into portfolio capital planning, and we’ll answer questions about how to get started and what to do with the data collected. This training is geared towards owners and managers of multifamily housing.
