The next installment of the Resilience Speaker Series will focus on flood mitigation solutions for multifamily properties in New York City. Our panelists will discuss strategies and procedures for permanent and temporary flood mitigation, green infrastructure solutions, and provide a case study of one multifamily property’s flood protection strategy during Hurricane Sandy. The Resilience Speaker Series is part of Enterprise’s ongoing efforts to support Hurricane Sandy recovery and rebuilding, while strengthening the resilience of affordable housing for the most vulnerable residents.   About Our Panel:   William Zoeller, Senior Vice President, Steven Winter Associates Gita Nandan, Principal, Thread Collective Zully Rolan and Angel Rodriguez, Director of Asset and Property Management and Maintenance Manager, Fifth Avenue Committee   About the Resilience Speakers Series:   Enterprise’s New York City Office is hosting a series of panel presentations on Housing Resiliency, which explores the long-term recovery challenges and opportunities for the multifamily affordable housing infrastructure in New York City and the surrounding region in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
