Green Owners Seminar – Energy Audits, Retrofitting, Rebates and Energy Tax Incentives
April 24, 2013 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (NYC HPD) and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) along with Council Member Gale Brewer will host a Green Building Owners Seminar on Wednesday April 24th.
Questions about residential, condo and co-op property energy and money-saving services, such as energy audits and retrofitting, as well as rebates and tax incentives will be answered by NYC HPD, NYSERDA and Council Member Brewer.
The event will be held at Reception to follow. This event is co-sponsored by Solar One (solar1.org), New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM), 32BJ Training Fund, Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominium (CNYC Inc.), White Roof Project, and The SunPlug.
