The R-951 Residence, a three-family building currently under construction, will be open for technical tours from 2pm – 4pm on Saturday March 15. A blower-door test* of the building’s air-tightness will be conducted at 3:30pm by Jordan Goldman of Zero Energy, the Building Science / Passive House Consultant on this project. Doors will be closed at 3.30pm to conduct the blower door test.
