Join us for Emergency Operating Procedures, the second installment of the Task Force event series. In a roundtable discussion format, speakers will review Task Force recommendations and specific actions property managers can take to reduce risk and keep their buildings running in emergency situations.   Interested in other specific resiliency measures? With over 25 years experience in the real estate field, he has specialized in “sustainable and energy efficient” projects including Solaire, America’s first green high rise LEED Gold certified residential building, and subsequently the Verdesian and the Visionaire, both of which have obtained LEED Platinum status. Michael is a leader in developing relevant educational platforms for those involved in sustainable projects in the public and private sector and works closely with the U.S. Green Building Council.   AIA CES: Approved for 1 HSW/LU Hour
