- New York City Transit's new Stillwell Terminal Train Shed will be equipped with a 210 kW thin-film PV array integrated into a modular skylight system. When complete, it is anticipated that the array will supply 250,000 kilowatt hours of electricity per year to the terminal facility. The triple arched skylight will span over 4 platforms and 8 tracks, and will give New York City Transit's largest terminal a major civic presence.
- The project is under construction, but is visible from the one active platform at the terminal. At this writing, the steel frame is being erected, with the first PV panels scheduled to be installed in late September. The project is scheduled to be complete in 2005.
