    · Paint: Benjamin Moore paints are low-VOC. All paints are also low-odor to promote a healthy indoor environment.

    · Lobby Countertop Richlite is is made primarily of paper purchased from FSC-Certified sources and/or recycled paper. The paper is treated with resin then pressed and baked to create solid sheets.

    · Cabinets: The Direct Cabinets kitchen and bath cabinetry are urea formaldehyde free and made with FSC certified wood.

    · Wood Flooring: The wood flooring throughout the living area and bedrooms is Red Oak #2 and is FSC certified.

    · Countertops: Wilsonart laminates are used at the kitchen countertops. Wilsonart Laminate contains a minimum of 20% post-consumer recycled content and backers contain a minimum of 30% recycled content (pre- and post-consumer). Wilsonart Laminate exceeds the standards for Indoor Air Quality, with GREENGUARD® Certification on all laminate types. Wilsonart laminate adhesives has also been awarded GREENGUARD® Indoor Air Quality Certification.
