  • This project involved the gut rebuild of a 5,000 sq. ft. townhouse on E 35th Street in Manhattan. Existing floor joist and subflooring systems were completely replaced. All new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems were installed. An advanced home theater system was installed. Full interior buildout of bathrooms and two kitchens was conducted.
