- The Edge is one of the largest residential projects in New York City to implement sustainable design and green construction.
The Edge is seeking certification under the USGBC’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) New Construction (NC) program. The LEED certification process provides an excellent framework to help achieve a building’s green goals. Equally important is that future owners will achieve significant financial benefits through energy cost savings while occupying a more enjoyable, healthier living space which is also helping to protect the environment.
